How the work is done
Replacing damaged tiles
Individual cracked or broken tiles are carefully removed and replaced without disturbing the tiles around them. Keep any spare tiles from the original job, as they make for the best match.
Re-grouting
Old grout is raked out and replaced, with colour matched to the existing grout or changed to refresh the whole room.
Sealant removal and replacement
Discoloured, mouldy or failing sealant around baths, showers, basins and worktops is fully removed, the joint cleaned, and new sealant applied to seal it properly again.
Leaks around showers and baths
Water escaping through failed grout, sealant or fixtures can damage floors and ceilings below. The cause is found and repaired, whether that is the tiling, the seal or the fixture itself.
